All Smartbite Snacks products are made with love and superfoods in Europe – a country renowned for strict non-GMO laws and its vibrant, local and sustainable food culture. Upon making Canada our new home in 2006, we had the hardest time finding thin and natural rice cakes we grew up snacking on back in Europe.

Something had to be done. We could either go with thick rice wheels with artificial flavours like butter, ketchup or salt and vinegar present on every shelf, take regular trips to Europe to bring our fave snacks with us or launch Smartbite Snacks to provide the best natural rice cakes we’ve ever tasted to all of North America.
